EDS Service Solutions staffs car rental companies around the United States. You will be working with the newest cars and in top-rated rental car companies! Doesn't that sound like the dream, getting paid to wash and drive nice new cars!

Pay rate: $15/hr - Weekly pay

Location: near to the RDU Airport

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize vehicle interior.
  • Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior.
  • Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found.
  • Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
  • Fuel and stage vehicle.
  • Inspect the vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull the vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area and reports any unsafe or hazardous conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid US driver's license.
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Clean Driving Record for the past 3 years.
  • Weekend Availabitily
  • Must be able to walk, stand, and bend up to 8 hr shifts
  • Must be able to work in outdoor environments up to 8 hr shift

Personal Care Assistant Responsibilities and Duties:

ed Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Duties  

  • Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA. 

  • Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.

  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.

  •  Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.

Qualifications 

  • Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred 

  • Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child R/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment 

  • Ability and willingness to the basic needs of clients 

  • Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

  • Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
  • Ensure all Sessions are accurately documented, signed and submitted for timely billing

The Bright Achievements clinic is open from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (hours may be slightly flexible) You will be responsible for providing supervision to a caseload of clients as well as ing staff throughout the day. This is a small, 3-client clinic. The space is shared with an OT and Speech Therapy company, which allows us to collaborate and coordinate services to better serve our clients. This is a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment, and the majority of the RBTs are student analysts who are looking to learn as much as they can as they work toward their certification.

Duties:

  • Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS
  • Conduct functional Behavior Assessments
  • Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires
  • Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements
  • Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health

Skills:

  • Train and supervise paraprofessionals/RBTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services

  • Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess the performance of programs, and adjust as necessary
  • Provide ABA training for parent and other caregivers
  • Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using Rethink
  • Ability to build strong, ive relationships with parents and other caregivers
  • Respect for cultural diversity and capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; detail oriented

Job Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills
  • Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team
  • 1+ years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred

 

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs.
  • Provide consistent and ive to clients and their families to foster a positive and productive environment.
  • Attend regular team meetings and participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards in all aspects of therapy delivery.
Qualifications:
  • at least few months of experience working as a behavioural technician.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Patient, comionate, and committed to helping clients achieve their goals.
  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment (if not already certified).
Salary:
